Campus Climate Index

The Campus Climate Index is a national assessment tool used to assist campuses in learning ways to improve LGBTQ life and to ultimately shape the educational experience to be more inclusive, welcoming, and respectful of LGBTQ and Ally people. The University at Albany first participated in this assessment during the fall 2008 semester. To view UAlbany’s LGBTQ-Friendly score and to check out the scores of other colleges and universities visit http://www.campusclimateindex.org/.
