The Center's "Core Leadership Competency" framework provides a roadmap for leadership development. Our services and programs include:

Leadership Workshops: Targeted, competency-focused workshop programs for student leaders, student staff and professionals

Champions for a Cause: Servant leadership programs connecting student organizations and departments with aligned community organizations and their cause

Leadership Academy: An invite-only cohort of incoming students who participate in a weekly leadership development program designed to prepare them to be successful leaders on campus, in the community and in their future careers
