I came to Albany know that I was going to be a Jewish Studies major. I took my first class in the department, my first semester of my freshman year. Some of the classes I have taken were: Survey of Jewish Civilization, Modern Jewish Thought, Traditions and Practices, Bible as Literature, East European Jewry, and Jews of Latin America. All of these classes I highly recommend.
After spending my junior year abroad; I plan on finishing up my major and my Hebrew minor and graduate May of 2009. After Albany, I am planning on enrolling in Rabbinical school and becoming a pulpit rabbi.
