Brief Biography: Mark Greengrass , University of Sheffield

Mark Greengrass is Professor of History at the University of Sheffield. He is a specialist in the history of France in the sixteenth century and the history of ideas in the seventeenth century. He has recently published the Longman Companion of the European Reformation (London, Longman, 1998).
