Welcome to Prof. Ji Ung Lee's Research Group

Our research group fabricates and characterizes nanostructured devices.  Our end applications include CMOS, post-CMOS, novel photovoltaic and photonic devices, and nanobio sensors.  We fabricate these structures in CNSE's advanced 300mm wafer fabrication line, integrating carbon nanotubes, graphene, and Si nanostructures to form unique nanoscale devices.

Our current research interests include:

• Electrial and optical properties of carbon nanotube p-n junction diodes
  
• Transport properties of graphene p-n junctions
• Characterization of CMOS devices
• Nanobio sensors and devices
