Center for Jewish Studies
Mission Statement
The Center for Jewish Studies is the public face of Jewish Studies at the University at Albany. The Center seeks to foster knowledge of Jewish history, thought, culture, and languages through education, scholarship, and community outreach. The Center extends the reach of Judaic studies by supporting scholarly endeavors, pedagogy, and extracurricular and public programs. The Center serves as a two-way bridge, bringing the resources of Judaic Studies at the University at Albany to the wider community, and community members to the University.
