What is Windows Network Access? And how do I get it?

A set of Microsoft Windows based servers for use by faculty/staff offering file services (both individual and shared file folders are available); Exchange Services: mail (@uamail.albany.edu), calendaring, and contacts using the Global Address List (GAL). |

First: get a Windows Network Access Login
|

 |
First activate your Windows Network Access login. Your id is your netid. Fill out the form and send it to your CSS contact. When activated, an individual folder for your exclusive use is set up. The name of the folder is the same as your netid. |

Request Creation of a New Shared Folder

Fill out the appropriate form to create a new shared folder. These requests must be signed by the folder owner or sent to your CSS Contact for signature.Use the contact lookup to find yours. |

Request Access to Existing Shared Folders.

Fill out the appropriate form to give a student employee a Windows Network Access Account and access to windows folders. |
