Outcomes:

To upgrade the server from an older Digital to a New IBM UNIX server. This will upgrade the Application from a character based system to a Windows graphical interface.These upgrades will increase the system speed, and storage capacity. Also included is an upgrade to SSL which will increase the security of the overall system.
