Training and Workshops
Description
ITS offers a variety of workshops and training sessions for using popular software programs and various IT services.Blackboard Teaching with Technology workshops are available to faculty across a wide range of topics, and are offered in face-to-face, online and webinar formats.
Computer Applications Workshops are offered for numerous Microsoft products, Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver, and several campus IT services. Special sessions can be offered for offices or departments; ITS may be able to develop courses to address specific needs.
Customized, hands-on training is available for using the Integrated Administrative System (IAS), the University's system for maintaining student and human resources records. To request training, submit a Service Desk Request or call (518) 442-3700, ext. 6.
Unless noted otherwise, all face-to-face classes are held in the ITS Classroom in LCSB 30A. In the event of a cancellation, ITS will notify attendees as soon as possible.
