To provide disaster recovery for students, faculty and staff, Information Technology Services performs regularly scheduled backups of files residing underneath the /home1 and /home2 directories on our UNIX cluster. (Regularly scheduled backups are subject to change during University holidays):

1. Full backups are taken on Sunday night.
2. Incremental backups are taken Monday through Friday nights. The incremental backups only copy files which have been modified since the last full backup.
