The Accounts and Computer Applications Support and Training group is compromised of two teams providing support to customers.

The Computer Applications Support and Training team supports testing, implementation, user support and training for applications such as WebMail, mail filtering, WebCT, Wireless, vpn connectivity, Exchange/Outlook and listserv.

The Accounts and Access Team executes requests for access and termination of access to UNIX systems including WebMail and Webct and to Windows Systems including Outlook Mail, Exchange calendaring, and shared file space on the Universities local area networks.
