ITS Conducts Satisfaction Survey
This October, ITS is conducting a Services Satisfaction Survey. We are very interested in your responses about the technology services you depend on each day and welcome your feedback on our performance, as well as your desired and expected service levels. If you are one of the students, faculty or staff invited to complete the survey, your participation will help guide our planning in the coming years. If you have questions about this study, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Planning Your Schedule Just Got Easier
Registering for Winter or Spring classes? The process just got easier, thanks to Schedule Planner. The new tool lets students view all possible course combinations, taking into account any other commitments, such as work or extracurricular activities. The implementation of Schedule Planner represents a collaboration between the Office of the Registrar, the Advisement Services Center and ITS. Read the University press release.
Significant Network Upgrade in Residence Halls
This fall, residential students will see significant improvements in connectivity. Internet speeds have increased from 10Mb/s inbound and 1Mb/s outbound to 75Mb/s for all network traffic. The service can be shared across 5 devices instead of 3. These improvements are the result of a partnership between the Department of Residential Life, ITS and Apogee, Inc.
