Find the problem Do It
Initial diagnoses to determine if a repair is necessary should be done by the appropriate technology coordinator. Click "do it" to find your coordinator.
 
Will I get help? Get Details
Departments with University or Research Foundation-owned equipment with a property asset tag are eligible for service. See "supported equipment" under "details." Personal equipment is not repaired by the PC Service Center.
 
Report it Do It
Either the end user or a Technology Coordinator should fill out the repair request form and bring the equipment to the service center. Requests are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have an emergency situation, please let us know.
 
Deliver it for repair Do It
Bring equipment to LC-SB27 (see "do it") in the Lecture Center basement area. Use the elevator or stairway adjacent to the ITS Help Desk., LC-27.

Get it back
We will make a best effort to fix your equipment in 48 hours; however, a lack of available parts, or vendor response may increase the repair time. We will call or e-mail you when your computer is ready.
 
Need to buy a new University owned computer? Do It
Faculty/staff in the process of buying a new computer may request a quote from ITS Facilities.
