Opening Control Panel
Click on Start, then click on Settings and choose Control Panel.

Double click on the Mail icon and in the window that pops-up, click Add....
return to top Selecting the Server
On the window that pops up, click the check box next to Microsoft Exchange Server. Then click Next.
return to top Creating a Mailbox
On the next screen, enter UAEXCH into the Microsoft Exchange Server: text field and enter your e-mail alias into the Mailbox: field. Then click Next.
return to top Do You Travel?
On the screen that asks "Do you travel with this computer?" select No and click Next.
return to top Finishing the Wizard
Now you should see the following screen which explains that you've set up your new profile successfully. Click Finish.

You should make sure that your name is now listed in the profile list and selected in the Always use this profile: drop down as illustrated below:
