Access to download software is restricted to University at Albany faculty and staff.
		If connecting from an off-campus computer, you will be prompted to authenticate to verify that you are a member of the University community.
		VPN Client for Remote Access to Windows Network Shares
		Members of the University who need to access their Windows Network Access folders from an off-campus location may execute the VPN Client to create a secure connection over the Internet.
		SSH and Secure File Transfer
		The University requires the use of SSH and Secure File Transfer software to access servers to ensure communications remain private.
		Antivirus Software
		The University strongly encourages the use of AntiVirus protection on your computer. For University-owned computers, contact your Technology Coordinator for assistance with installation (use 'get details' for TC Lookup).
		Host Explorer for University employees using SUNY CENT/OSC
		Access to a SUNY CENT/OSC connection requires approval from UAlbany Accounting Dept and installation of the HostExplorer software. IP address changes must be submitted to the Accounting Dept. Use 'get details' and submit the form to gain access.
		NolijWeb Document Imaging
		Members of the University Community who have been authorized to access the Document Imaging system can download the software and instructions here.
