Summary: On June 9 2009 Microsoft released the latest in its monthly cycle of security bulletins.  Included in this update are ten bulletins (MS09-018 through MS09-027), six of which are listed as "Critical" by the vendor.

Recommended Actions: Windows/Mac users and System Administrators are encouraged to read the security bulletin and (if appropriate) install the necessary security updates as soon as possible.

Readers are encouraged to share this alert with family, friends, and associates.

ITS Actions: ITS Systems Management and Operations Staff will apply all necessary patches to the appropriate ITS servers and systems as part of the next scheduled system update.
