Virus Warning from Information Technology Services
Many people have reported receiving a message stating that their e-mail address is about to expire, and directing them to open the attachment, a ZIP file. The message may appear to come from the address "admin@albany.edu", "admin@csc.albany.edu", "admin@cnsunix.albany.edu", or similar.Please be advised that message is NOT an official message from Information Technology Services. It actually contains a new virus known as "Mimail". Because the code to infect your computer is contained in the attachment, you should NOT open it; instead, delete the message.
