Summary: Apple has recently released Security Update 2005-008. This update addresses vulnerabilities in a number of areas, including: ImageIO, Mail, malloc, Quickdraw Manager, Quicktime for Java, Ruby, Safari, SecurityAgent, and securityd. Exploitation scenarios for several of these vulnerabilities include arbitrary code execution and other file manipulation.
