If you are a faculty/staff member, you may use this form to request a new LISTSERV mail distribution list on the LISTSERV.ALBANY.EDU server. Before completing this form, you should check to ensure that no existing list suits your needs.

This is to avoid problems with archiving each semester's lists when they're re-used for another semester.
