- Ability to work well as a member of a team

- Experience using UAlbany IT services such as MyUAlbany, UNIX services (email, file storage, personal web page), wireless network, and library resources
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- General knowledge of web browsers (IE, Firefox, Safari) and related plug-ins
- General knowledge of Windows and/or Macintosh operating systems.
