Notable changes from the prior Electronic Department Profiles
1.The Profiles now include additional data items repeatedly sought by deans, chairs, the Strategic Planning Committee and BAG3.
These include information regarding: The number of undergraduate minors; doctoral program metrics such as % admitted and registered, number of 899 students,
and time-to-degree metrics; student credits, FTEs, and seats broken out by faculty type; and student credits, FTEs, and seats for General Education courses and for non-majors.
2.Microsoft Excel is now the medium for accessing these data, which facilitates subsequent analyses and exporting of data to other applications or summary documents.
3.These Profiles are now more quickly and easily updatable by IRPE staff, so the data can be posted much sooner after each semester's enrollment or degrees awarded files are closed.
