Student Use of LC Audio-Visual Equipment

ITS Client Support Services supports the use of Lecture Center technology equipment by approved student groups. Contact the Office of Student Involvement & Leadership for availability at (518) 442-5566.

If you require use of the multi-media/computing equipment in the Lecture Centers, please complete the LC Tech Use Form. These facilities are equipped with digital projectors, microphones, a university computer, and connections for a laptop. Please note that you will not have access to the computer's CPU; that is, if you plan to show a PowerPoint presentation, you will need to download the file from your e-mail account or bring the file on a flash drive and connect to the USB port. If you are planning to show a DVD, you will need to supply a laptop and connect to the video projector via the USB port.

Download the ITS request form and bring it to the ITS A/V office in LC 15 at least 24 hours in advance, along with a copy of your reservation confirmation. Please note the conditions listed on the request form.
