SUNY NY Alert enables the University to send out critical emergency information about our campus which we can disseminate concurrently through email, phone and text messaging in the event of a critical emergency on the UAlbany campus. This system will also be used to alert the campus community in the event of a weather related emergency such as a campus closing. SUNY NY Alert helps insure that the University is doing everything possible to alert you in a timely manner when a serious emergency occurs.
