National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Week

Project SHAPE: Sexual Health & Peer Education, University Counseling Center brings you National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Week, March 27th-March 30th.

The week's events are as follows:

Monday - Thursday

  • Interactive exhibit with trivia game and chances to win free condoms. Campus Center Lobby, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Tuesday, March 28th:

  • The movie "Rent" will be shown in LC 20 at 7:30 p.m.

Wednesday, March 29th:

  • "True Life: People Speak Out About Living with HIV." There will be a panel of speakers infected with HIV/AIDS talking about their experiences. Campus Center Terrace Lounge at 8:00 p.m.

Thursday, March 30th:

  • The movie "Rent" will be shown during Danes after Dark at 8:00 p.m. Campus Center Terrace Lounge.
  • 8pm - midnight: interactive exhibit
