Apply To Be Orientation Assistant! Are you looking for a better-than-average summer position? Student staff leadership positions (Orientation Assistants) are available for next summer through the Orientation Office. The positions are exciting, challenging, and offer the potential for enormous personal growth. If you are a current undergraduate who will be enrolled in the Fall 2008 semester and have great people skills, tons of energy, and an enthusiasm for the University, then you may be interested in applying for an Orientation Assistant position this summer. Positions begin approximately June 1st and end August 5th. Compensation is $2200 plus room/board and leadership training. (NOTE: Orientation Assistants cannot take classes during this time.) Interest Meeting is Wednesday, March 5th at 7:30pm in LC 22. Deadline to submit applications is Monday, March 17th at 5pm. Materials should be submitted to the Orientation Office in the lower level of Eastman Tower on State Quad. Applications available in the Orientation Office (State Quad U-Lounge), Quad Information Centers, and online at www.albany.edu/orientation.
