Few points: 

  1. Your student must be registered for at least 12 credits (once registered for at least 12 credits it may take up to 48 hours for the systems to recognize the registration). 
  2. Be sure to use the nine digit UAlbany ID# (begins with two zeroes) not the net ID#. 
  3. It may take several days for your account to reflect your compliance with the waiver. Please monitory the Health Insurance charge on the student account bill you will see a credit in the exact amount of the health insurance charge. 
  4. Once the waiver is approved an e-mail confirming waiver acceptance will be sent to the student’s UAlbany e-mail address.

Note: If you completed the waiver in the Fall term you will not have to complete it again for the following Spring term. However, if Spring is your first term, or you have not completed it in the prior Fall term, you will have to complete it for the Spring term. Also, you must complete the waiver each year!
