The Intergovernmental Studies Program (IGSP) works to improve intergovernmental performance and collaborative outcomes for state and local governments.

IGSP accomplishes this by:

• Conducting case research to build an understanding of effective intergovernmental practices

• Engaging in partnership projects with state agencies and local governments

• Sharing project results with government professionals

• Supporting a community of intergovernmental practitioners
