Encouraging Collaboration Across Government Boundaries

The Intergovernmental Studies Program (IGSP) works to improve intergovernmental performance and collaborative outcomes for state and local governments. IGSP studies government-to-government partnerships to understand how different initiatives develop and determine what makes some of them successful. IGSP shares these best practice lessons to make state-local and intermunicipal partnerships more effective.
