Make a donation to the University at Albany's Initiatives For Women fund for
----- Honoring Our Mothers-----
in the name of your mother or any significant woman in your life.
The Honoring Our Mothers Fund was created by the Initiatives For Women program "to provide support for the enhancement of opportunities for women at the University at Albany who are balancing the responsibilities of motherhood with the pursuit of educational and professional goals".
Make a donation to honor your mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, wife, aunt or any special woman in your life (alternatively to someone in memoriam). The honoree will receive a Mother's Day card informing her that a contribution to the fund has been made in her name by you. The card will briefly describe the award program. In addition, her name and yours will be added to the Honoring Our Mothers list of honorees and donors on the IFW web site.
Mother's Day Donations to the fund must be at least $25 from students and $50 from others. Complete the requested information form online and print it.You have different options to submit the information:
1.
Mail the form with payment
information to IFW
no later than May 1st.
2. Bring the form with payment
information to CETL
no later than May 1st.
If
you would like your honoree to receive a card in the mail from the IFW
in time for Mother's Day, you must complete your donation by May 1st.
Cards mailed by IFW after May 1st may not arrive in time
for Mother's Day.
