IFW Fall Benefit Dinner 2001
The IFW annual fall benefit
dinner was held on October 10, 2001 at Herbert's at Birch Hill.
Committed to: Avon's Evolution as a Global Powerhouse featured a
conversation between President Karen Hitchcock and UAlbany
alumna Jill Kanin-Lovers, SVP at Avon, on Professional Empowerment,
Philanthropic Responsibility and Avon's E-Evolution. IFW welcomed
nearly 250 attendees to
the dinner.

Eighth Annual Initiatives For Women Awards Celebration
The Summer
Celebration honoring this year's Initiatives For Women award
recipients was held Thursday, July 19, 2001 in the Campus Center
Assembly Hall. University President Karen R. Hitchcock presented
awards to the recipients.
Freihofer's Community Walk Fundraiser
Several women walked for IFW in
the Freihofer's Community Walk on Saturday June 2, 2001. The IFW
walking team raised over $1000 for IFW. Congratulations team! And,
many thanks to all those who supported our walkers!
