Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth
As co-managing member of Fletcher, Heald and Hildreth, Frank Jazzo counsels television and radio broadcasters on compliance with the rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission. With extensive experience in the satellite communications field, Mr. Jazzo has counseled and handled domestic and international licensing for numerous teleports, SNG operators, broadcasters and major satellite operators.
He serves as Washington counsel for the Alaska Broadcasters Association, the Arkansas Broadcasters Association, the Louisiana Association of Broadcasters, the Maryland/D.C./Delaware Broadcasters Association, the Mississippi Association of Broadcasters and the New Mexico Broadcasters Association.
Mr. Jazzo is a member of the Bars of Virginia, New York, and the District of Columbia, and is a member of the Federal Communications Bar Association ("FCBA"). He currently serves as co-chair of the FCBA's Mass Media Practice Committee.
In addition to his post on the Advisory Council for the Institute for Financial Market Regulation, Mr. Jazzo has served on the Information Technology Advisory Commission (ITAC) of Arlington County, Virginia, since 2000, and the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy advisory board.
He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University at Albany and received his Juris Doctorate degree from UCLA School of Law.
