As assistant vice president in U.S Regulatory for Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. in New York City, Donald E. Boyce specializes in financial and regulatory issues associated with U.S. securities.
One of the first graduates of UAlbany’s Institute for Financial Market Regulation, Mr. Boyce joined the regulatory ranks as an examiner with one of the financial industry's largest regulators, FINRA, where his work focused on financial and operational risks associated with U.S. securities broker/dealers.
Mr. Boyce has been the Chair of the IFMR Alumni Network since its inception, working to unite IFMR graduates. He was recently recognized by Rockefeller College with the 2012 Young Alumnus Award in Public Administration & Policy.
Mr. Boyce received his bachelor’s degree from the University at Albany in 2006 and a Master’s of Public Administration in 2008.
