University Apartments Special Interest Sign Up
Students Eligible to Live in University Apartments: February 20th and February 21st 9:00 AM to Noon and 1:00 PM to 5:00PM (first come first served)

Athletes Sign Up:
Freedom Apartments Only - Prior authorization from Athletics required
Honors College Sign Up: Empire Commons Academic Year B1 & B2 & Empire Full Year C1 ONLY with prior authorization from Honors College
Gender Inclusive Housing: students are required to fill a 4 person apartment. Inquire for more information.
Students with Medical or Disability Needs with prior authorization the University Health Center or Disability Resource Center as appropriate is required
Students signing up on these days must have prior authorization from Athletics, the Honors College, and the University at Albany Health Center or the Disability Resource Center. Gender Inclusive Housing students must be able to fill all spaces in a four person apartment at the time of sign up.
- A confirmation email will be sent to each student who signs up for University Apartments (or has someone else sign-up on their behalf) after the room is selected.
- On March 5th, a second email will be sent to students who sign-up for Empire Commons. There will be a document attached to the second email that0 must be completed, signed and brought to the Empire Commons Community Building by Friday March 8th by or before NOON. Students must complete this portion of the process to secure their 2013-14 assignment. Failure to print, sign and return the attached form to the Empire Commons Community Building office by March 8th by or before NOON will lead to cancellation of your 2013-14 Empire Commons assignment.
