DSingles on the main Campus(Dutch/Colonial & Stae Quads) are extremely limited. Both Pierce and Sayles Halls on Alumni Quad are comprised of singles.

Normal 2-person bedroom
2 Quads Enhanced Single $7,745
1-person bedroom. Limited. Alumni's Pierce and Sayles Halls will offer this option.
3 Designed Triple $5,532
Room designed for 3 occupants. Found on Dutch, State & Colonial Quads.
4 Quads PSI Single $6,638
Room designed for 1 occupant. Limited in number.
5 State Designed Single $5,532
Room designed for 1 occupant. Very limited number and
held for students with documented Medical conditions.
