Apogee Internet Connection Information

We are pleased to announce that the University at Albany has partnered with Apogee to provide the residential network (ResNet). All residence halls will have reliable, high-speed wired and wireless access to the Internet and 24/7 customer support. Optional services, including Internet telephone service and upgrades to faster speeds, are available for an additional fee.

Get connected!

Apogee and your residence have partnered to provide you with advanced residential network services this Fall. In order to make sure you're connected the day you arrive, pre-register online beginning August 1st.  

To create your network account:

                                1.  Visit www.myresnet.com
                                2.  Choose your service and create a unique username and password
                                3.  Move in, log-on and start browsing

Additional resources, including connection guides, FAQs and information about how to contact toll-free phone support is available at www.myresnet.com/support.  Apogee's support team is available 24-hours a day to assist you!

Upon completion of the sign up process, you will be assigned an Apogee username and password. Keep this information confidential and do not share it with anyone.
