View Your Current Application Status

Thank you for your application to Graduate Study at the University at Albany.

You may check on the status of your application at any time by using our applicant self service page. In order to access your application status, you will first need to log into the system using the following guest credentials:

Userid: uaguest
Password: uaguest

Both Userid and Password are lower case. (Note: You may be able to skip this step if you have previously signed in as a guest or as a UAlbany affiliate during the same browser session.) Once signed in, click on UA Custom Addons, then click on Graduate Application. You will then need to enter your email address and the application number that was provided in your application confirmation notification.

Additional credentials submitted after you have received the application confirmation notice may take up to 10 business days to process into the system during periods of high application volume. Completed applications are forwarded to departmental admissions committees for faculty review. Status of the decision will be updated as information is received here in Graduate Admissions from the department.

All applicants to graduate programs at the University at Albany must fill out and submit an Application Fee Payment Form and nonrefundable application fee. No status information will be available until the application payment fee has been received and processed.
