Public Contact Hours

Beginning on Monday, May 19, the hours of operation for the office will be Monday through Friday 8:00-4:00 Eastern Time. Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time and will resume on Monday, August 18. Our public contact services area maintains a limited schedule during holiday and semester breaks. Prospective visitors are requested to call (518) 442-3980 to check up to date public contact service schedules in advance of arrival.
