Initiative for Healthy Infrastructure - iHi

Dear Participant:

The time is fast closing on us for the first annual iHi Healthy Infrastructure Symposium. We are excited to both present our findings and hear your experiences. Enclosed with this letter is the proposed program for the conference. You will notice that the time that the iHi project will be taking up is relatively brief. We have left significant time for attendees to describe the activities they are undertaking, pose research questions, talk about challenges, and discuss the direction that healthy infrastructure planning is taking in the state.

We will have a variety of options open for displaying information. Space will be available to display posters or hang charts. We will have LCD and overhead projectors available for displays or PowerPoint presentations. Table space will be provided for reports, books, and other documents.

We are hoping to create an informational CD for each participant. We will be including iHi study information, but would also like participants to submit electronic copies of their presentation and display materials. Due to the effort required in making such a CD we ask that information be provided by Friday April 30th.
