Background
The UAlbany Dump & Run was established by former Graduate Student Amy Pollock and the Office of Environmental Sustainability. The program is designed to allow students to donate their unwanted usable items to charity instead of throwing them away during the process of leaving their their residence halls or apartments.
Alumni Quad
On May 13th & 14th
From 10 to 3 pm
A dumpster with volunteers will be situated outside between Alden and Waterbury Halls.

- Clothing
- Furniture
- Working appliances
- Working electronics
- Textbooks
- Non-perishable food
Help Volunteer
Students interested in volunteering should register by using the form below. We need students to at each Dump & Run location to encourage others to donate their items that they would otherwise throw out.
We'll also need students to help us move items from dumpster's to grounds (Uptown only) from 3-5 PM on May 14th & 15th.
