The Class of 1981 Scholarship

After completing UAlbany’s undergraduate biology major in 2015, Manga Omasombo looks forward to attending medical school. Thanks, in part, to the Class of 1981 Scholarship Omasombo received this fall, that plan will materialize. The scholarship will alleviate future financial burdens by lessening the number and amount of student loans Omasombo
must take out and “allowing me to pay my current balance.”
