I Want To:
The 1844 Society
When you give $1,000 or more to the University at Albany, you join the University’s most distinguished annual recognition club, the 1844 Society. Named for the year UAlbany was established, the 1844 Society and its members provide annual support to the students, faculty, staff, academic programs and research initiatives that make UAlbany the leading University that it is today.
1844 Society Levels
-
Board of Directors Society: $10,000 to $24,999
-
Fountain Society: $5,000 to $9,999
-
Podium Society: $2,500 to $4,999
-
Purple and Gold Society: $1,000 to $2,999
You can support our students and faculty by making an unrestricted gift - directing your contribution to where the need is greatest - or designate your gift to any school, college, scholarship or program at the University. Through annual contributions, 1844 Society members are helping us to bring a world of opportunities within reach of every UAlbany student and faculty scholar.
