Bio:
Nathan Meltz uses collage, printmaking, and animation to comment on the infiltration of technology into every facet of life, from politics and food, to family and war. He has shown at the International Print Center New York, the 2010 Miami Fountain Art Fair, Landmark Arts at Texas Tech University, the 2012 Wisconsin Film Festival, the McDonough Museum of Art(OH), and has had solo exhibitions at the Thaddeus Kwiat Projects Gallery(NY) and at the Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute(NY). Internationally, Meltz has exhibited at the IN Graafika Festival, Pärnu, Estonia and at the Uranium Film Festival at the Museum of Modern Art in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. In 2012 he received a Strategic Opportunity Stipend grant from the New York Foundation for the Arts, and his work has been featured in the publications Paper Politics, Sociological Images, Printeresting and the Mid America Print Council Journal.
