Is it possible to appeal the financial aid award?

Yes.   If you experiencing a change in financial circumstances, it is possible to appeal your award.

We will review appeals due to recent divorce, death of parent, and total disability of a parent or student immediately.  Your written appeal must be submitted with documentation to the Office of Student Financial Services/Financial Aid for consideration.

Any other changes in financial circumstances, such as loss of job or income, etc., will not be reviewed until October 1.  At that time you may submit a letter explaining your situation and documentation of the loss of job or income, etc., to the Office of Student Financial Service/Financial Aid for review.
