Electronic Master Promissory Note (eMPN)

The Electronic Master Promissory Note (eMPN) must be completed by first-time Federal Stafford loan student borrowers. Students who have consolidated their Stafford loans, and then continue to borrow after consolidation, will need to complete a new eMPN. The eMPN can be completed on-line at the New York State Higher Education eMPN webpage.  Students will need their federal pin number to electronically sign the eMPN.
