Welcome to the Division of Finance and Administration:
Our mission is to support the Academic, Research and Service goals of the university through:
Financial Management of the All Funds Budget as well as Accounting and Purchasing services for the University.
Maintaining and enhancing campus facilities, including management of a multi-million dollar capital plan
Establishing an award-winning Environmental Sustainability program that has dramatically improved our campus energy efficiency
Ensuring the health and safety of the university community
Managing our Human Resources
Developing an Internal Controls Program to assess our vulnerability to risks and train employees how to avoid them
Providing Administrative Services to the campus community including Equipment Management, Mail Services, Parking and Mass Transit Services and Rapid Copy
Overseeing dining, banking and vending service contracts through University Auxiliary Services
In short, we manage all of the back office work that keeps the university running smoothly so the university can deliver high quality education and top notch research. We are proud of the collaborative efforts within the division as well as our 'can-do' attitude.
