JAMIENNE S. STUDLEY became President of Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs in June 1999. Ms. Studley, who served as Acting General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Education and as Associate Dean of Yale Law School, graduated from Barnard College and Harvard Law School.
