GRADING |
Grades in this course will be calculated as follows:
Grades for Participation will be based on required work that is not graded individually, including peer responses to summary-response papers that are to be posted on the WebCT roundtable forums (see Guidelines for Summary/Response Papers and Roundtable Discussions for more information about peer responses), readiness to participate in SER discussions of assigned readings (see "Course Requirements"), general participation in roundtable and project groups, and participation in other in-class activities. Missing or poorly done work in these areas will result in a lower grade for participation. Final grades can also be affected by attendance. See course policies for more information about the course attendance policy. Final grades will be calculated as follows:
59 points or fewer earns an E. |
