POLICIES

CLASS ATTENDANCE: Absolutely essential. Although each subject covered in the lectures is also covered in the text, much of the material presented in the lectures is not presented in the text.

PREREQUISITE: Biochemistry is a pre-requisite or co-requisite for this course. If you have not completed or are not currently enrolled in Biochemistry you should not enroll in this course.

EXAMS

EXAMS: There will be 4 exams offered on the following dates:

Feb 23; Mar 25; April 22; and May 18 [final exam will start at 3:30pm].
Make up exams will not be offered.

*After each exam is returned you will have exactly 1 week to contest, in writing, any of your answers*

The final grade will be based on an average of 3 of the 4 exams. Therefore, you can miss one exam without penalty. If you take all four exams then your final average will be based on the three highest scores.

CHEATING: Cheating is offensive and insulting to all of us and it will not be tolerated.
The penalty will be a failing grade on the exam and dismissal from the course.
