Featured ProjectHusted Building Rehab
Construction began in March 2007, and Husted is now fully abated of asbestos and lead, and about 90% of the demolition is complete. Window sashes have been removed and sent to Buffalo for restoration, and saw cutting of walls and floors have began to provide for mechanical and plumbing infra-structure. Abatement in the Richardson boiler room will begin in March 2008, and a temporary boiler plant will be installed and put into operation through the abatement period. The project is scheduled to be complete in June 2009.
