Note - When the Snow Emergency Parking Plan is in effect, there is no parking in Special Permit Areas even if your vehicle has a valid Special Permit parking pass.

All cars must be MOVED TO: Any cleared, valid parking spot with the exception of any specifically assigned parking spot.
