The Division of Educational Psychology and Methodology welcomes applications from qualified international students. Students from many countries have graduated from the doctoral program. Applicants whose native language is not English are required to submit a score on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) administered by the Educational Testing Service.
